New Awarded Contract - FWC Lot 1 Rural Development - ' Identification mission for the support to the veterinary services in Belize for the set-up of an animal identification, registration and health surveillance system for cattle '

The Identification mission aims at strengthening the veterinary and animal health control system of Belize in view to promote diversification of Belize’s export base, as part of the diversification strategy of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries.

The consultants will make specific recommendations to guide the Government of Belize' intervention with regard to the establishment of an animal identification, registration and disease surveillance system for cattle, in line with OIE, and other accepted international standards.
