AESA carried out an important training module for the introduction of new farmed species in the Egyptian marine aquaculture sector.
From 17th to 25th of February 2019 was held in Ismailia an important training module for the project “Improving the Marine Aquaculture value chain through technical assistance and the delivery of the required supplies” in the framework of the ‘Support to Agricultural Small & Medium Enterprises’ funded by the AFD.
The topic of the training Module was “Meagre fry production”. The training sessions were attended by more than 20 Egyptian Farmers, Hatchery Technicians and University students, about one third of the trainees were women.
