A dynamic and well-functioning civil society is a crucial element of a strong democracy; this is exactly why the global objective of the assignment is to contribute to the efficient promotion of the civil society dialogue between the EU and Turkey. The technical assistance is aimed to the support of the Beneficiary for timely and effective launching, increase in the awareness and publicity of CSD-V Grant Scheme and the Grant Scheme for Civil Society Support Programme – II. Moreover is provided assistance for the information of relevant organisations regarding the preparation of project proposals related to the contract’s aim.
