In the framework of the implementation of the cooperation with Chad, the interest is mainly focused on youth and their needs, the participation and the access to the resources and the country’s development. The project aims at improving the knowledge on the theme of youth in all its aspects and the impact of the European Union's development policies on young people. The outcome is based on the consolidation of good practices in the field of youth integration implemented by the EU, an evaluation of the integration of youth in development programs, an assessment on the impact of development programs on youth and finally recommendations for future programs implemented by the European Union. The results are expected to be very concrete and applicable in early-stage programs and future programs.
