The evaluation is designed to take stock of the achievements, the quality and the results of the interventions in the external cooperation services of the European Union, the partner government and the general public. More precisely is given an independent global evaluation of the performance, paying special attention to the results of the project in relation to its objectives using the main lessons and recommendations to improve future actions. Globally, the mission will provide sufficient information to the Delegation of the European Union and the Guatemala’s Ministry of Economy, on the fulfilment of the objectives and the expected results of the Program from a technical and non-economic point of view.
